Jojo “The Texas Tornado” has been doing the comedy circuit in London since 2009 and previously in Texas during the 90s where she also had a morning talk show in Dallas. Voted Runner Up in UK’s Funniest Female Comedian in 2012 in Funny’s Funny, Funny Women 2010 semi-finalist and Leicester Square New Comedian of the Year Semi Finalist 2009. Jojo is steadily making a name for herself on the UK circuit with her brash and fearless comedy.
“The Texas Tornado wreaks havoc on London. Not since Bush’s last out-of-town bender has there been so much lunacy and carnage. Sedated and disarmed, she still takes comedy hostages. Laugh at your own risk!” – TNT
“…Jojo has been on fire lately…she rocks!!” – Pat Monahan
“Very naughty when armed with microphone. You need to put seeing her on your bucket list”- We Love Comedy
Phillip Wragg began doing stand up comedy in 2011, after 6 months he got through to the semi-final of the Leicester Square Theatre New Comedian of the Year Award and also won the Comedy Virgins competition at the Cavendish Arms, and the semi-finals of the Piccadilly Comedy Club New Act of the Year. His deliciously naughty comedy is beginning to make a mark on the London comedy scene.
“Phillip Wragg headlined the gig and had the audience eating out of his hand. His deceptively innocent face hides all sorts of evil. Unfortunately the audience were laughing too much to realise just how depraved he is”
- Logan Murray, Amused Moose
“Phillip Wragg is a delicate mix of very funny and deeply filthy” Freedom Fridge Comedy Night
MC James Loveridge
Drawing on the most embarrassing recesses of his own life James is a hilarious story teller who captivates and entertains audiences with his cheeky yet charming personality. Having performed all over the country as well in Sydney and the Edinburgh Comedy Festival, James has established himself as one to watch on the London comedy circuit. Winner of The Comedy Cafe New Act on his first attempt, beat the King Gong at The Comedy Store, was a Finalist at Up The Creek New Act competition and semi-finalist of ‘So You Think You’re Funny?’ in Edinburgh. His debut Edinburgh show ‘James Loveridge and Other Losers’ was met with great reviews.
“James is an animated story teller; an entertainer. His jokes and asides are self-deprecating and sharp, and delivered in such a manner that makes it difficult not to laugh along” – Edfringe
“All charm and cheek…had us in stitches throughout a polished yet ever-evolving act, with asides and quips just as strong his actual jokes” – The Skinny
